'I’ve recently completed the purchase of a home through Andrew Pearce.
From the first viewing Alec was friendly and charismatic, he was clearly knowledgeable about the property, able to answer my MANY questions effectively and ultimately helping to get the sale agreed with the sellers. I also appreciated that he remained contactable by email and phone through to completion.
Once my offer was accepted, I was introduced to Leanne who managed communication with all parties and really worked hard to keep everything moving towards completion by providing regular updates and chasing me for the necessary information to keep the sale on track - even when it looked at one point like the sale progress was at risk. As a first time buyer she clearly set out the process from the offset to me and what I should expect from her throughout. She is an ultimate professional and super efficient.
