The Next Generation – A Visit To My Old School, By Jason Rus.

This week, I had the opportunity to return to my old school, Pinner High School, to speak with a student about pursuing a career in property consultancy. It was a truly rewarding experience and a reminder of the journey that led me to where I am today.

During my visit, I met a Year 10 student with a real passion for property and a dream of becoming a property consultant. While he has faced some challenges along the way, his determination and ambition were incredibly inspiring. We spoke about the skills and qualities that make a great property consultant, from communication and confidence to organisation and reliability, and I shared a bit of my own journey from starting as a negotiator in the industry to becoming Assistant Sales Manager at Andrew Pearce.

Moments like this are a powerful reminder of why community matters. Helping others realise what’s possible, sharing insights, and offering guidance can make a real difference. It’s something we take pride in at Andrew Pearce, and it’s part of what motivates us every day to provide the best service to our clients. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing in property, we understand the importance of guidance, support, and expertise, values we also hope to instil in the next generation of quality property consultants.

We’re proud to be part of a community that nurtures ambition and encourages growth, and we look forward to continuing to support local talent while helping our clients achieve their property goals. It's not just about property—it's about people, and we believe in fostering that connection from a young age. We get it - life's busy. Let us take the pressure off, whether you're navigating the property market or exploring career paths.

This isn't just a story—it's what we do. We care about people, and that extends to supporting the aspirations of the next generation. We treat every home like it's our own, and we treat every individual with the same respect and empathy.

Thanks for reading. If we can be of any assistance at all, we'd love to help.
